Speaker: Tracey Wilson, CES®

For the most recent 12 years, Tracey has been a Senior Consultant and Managing Director of Business Development, and now Vice President of IPX1031, helping facilitate 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchanges. Prior to joining IPX1031, Tracey had over 13 years of investment banking experience with Credit Suisse First Boston in New York and Zurich, and Merrill Lynch in New York, Denver, and Hong Kong. He is a certified instructor with the State of Colorado Real Estate Division, Colorado State Bar Association, and the Colorado Society of CPAs providing CE accredited classes. Tracey has been an adjunct faculty member of Regis University teaching accounting, finance, economics, and statistics. He has a BS in Finance and Engineering, an MBA in Finance, and is currently working on his MS in Accounting.


Who Should Attend: All persons interested in real estate wealth building, investment, ownership, brokerage, acquisition strategies and creative real estate solutions are welcome to attend.

When: 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of every month from 9:00 a.m. to noon.

All regular marketing meetings are included with a membership. Visitors can attend 1 meeting annually for free.Visitors may attend one additional meeting at $30 before being required to join.  Meetings includes continental breakfast… unlimited coffee… and networking. Continuing Education is offered periodically throughout the year. Annual membership dues are $300.

Where: MREE will be meeting at the Servion Title Conference Center 550 Main St, New Brighton, MN 55112. 

Enter the building at 550 Main Street, parking is available in the surrounding lots. Upon entry go to the 2nd floor, left down the long hallway to the Conference Center entrance.

There will be directional signage on site for your guests.
