Venture D purchases and syndicates Multi-family apartments in emerging markets. Our specialty is buying distressed properties, renovating and re-positioning the assets. We specialize in locating and analyzing properties, along with bringing private investors into our deals. Venture D provides it's investor's with great investment opportunities through equity splits and high interest rates.

Todd Dexheimer is also the host of Pillars of Wealth Creation, which is a podcast that talks about financial freedom, with a special focus on business and Real Estate. We interview successful business leaders and investors on our bi-weekly podcast.

Todd Is also a multi-family real estate agent, specializing in selling mid-sized multi-family properties in the Twin Cities.


Who Should Attend: All persons interested in real estate wealth building, investment, ownership, brokerage, acquisition strategies and creative real estate solutions are welcome to attend.

When: 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of every month from 9:00 a.m. to noon. 
Agenda: 9:00 am Registration. 9:30 am Introductions and Meeting. Ends 12:00 Noon

All regular marketing meetings are included with a membership. Visitors can attend 1 meeting annually for free.Visitors may attend one additional meeting at $30 before being required to join.  Meetings includes continental breakfast… unlimited coffee… and networking. Continuing Education is offered periodically throughout the year. Annual membership dues are $300.
